In other words, all filmmakers are forewarned to ensure that their submission is of professional standard before entering your film/multimedia submission in this particular stream.  It is only for professional graded films.  Successful submissions will be screened at the film festival and are eligible to be awarded one or more awards.

Only films in this stream are allowed to exceed 16 minutes in length to a maximum of 30 minutes.  Films that exceed 16 minutes will automatically be considered an entry to this category regardless of intent and will be accepted or eliminated accordingly.
